- mkn lauk SHJ (ikan/aym + sayur)
- buah (xkire la buah ape pon)
- plain water
klo lapa:
minum ptg - kol 3-5 pm
- kuey muey + jus
(not necessary pon..tp better amik to avoid mkn overlimit 4 dinner nty gpon tym de kls..mne smpt nk mkn..kn??ngeee~)
dinner - kol 6-8 pm
- 1/2 drpd lunch or roti with peanut butter..yummy..
- plain water
klo lapo ag:
supper - kol 10 -12pm
- kunyah la buah ke xpon minum low fat milk or yogurt
(make sure ble tdo lmbt sbb asgnmt o pape la SHJ atleast 3HRS AFTER)
